जपयोगयोः तुल्यफलनिर्णयः

Adhyāya 193: Adjudication of the Comparable Fruits of Japa and Yoga

उत्तर: पृथिवी भाग: सर्वपुण्यतम: शुभ: । इहस्थास्तत्र जायन्ते ये वै पुण्यकृतो जना:,पृथ्वीका उत्तरभाग सबसे अधिक पवित्र और मंगलमय है। इस लोकमें जो पुण्यात्मा मनुष्य हैं, वे ही मृत्युके पश्चात्‌ उस भूभागमें जन्म लेते हैं

uttaraḥ pṛthivī-bhāgaḥ sarva-puṇya-tamaḥ śubhaḥ | ihasthās tatra jāyante ye vai puṇya-kṛto janāḥ ||

భారద్వాజుడు పలికెను—భూమి యొక్క ఉత్తర భాగము అత్యంత పుణ్యమయమూ శుభమయమూ. ఈ లోకమందు ధర్మముగా పుణ్యకర్మలు చేయువారు మరణానంతరం ఆ ప్రాంతమందే జన్మించుదురు.
