मध्ये वै पापयोनीनां शार्गालीं यामहं गत: । पापीयस्यो बहुतरा इतो<न्या: पापयोनय:
madhye vai pāpayonīnāṃ śārgālīṃ yām ahaṃ gataḥ | pāpīyasy-o bahutarā ito 'nyāḥ pāpayonayaḥ ||
భీష్ముడు అన్నాడు— నేను ఇప్పుడు పడిన నక్క-యోని పాపయోనులలోనే లెక్కించబడుతుంది; అయినా దీనికన్నా మరింత నీచమైన పాపయోనులు ఇంకా చాలా ఉన్నాయి.
