भृगु–भरद्वाजसंवादः: वर्णभेदस्य कर्माधारितव्याख्या

सर्वे लाभा: साभिमाना इति सत्यवती श्रुति: । संतोषणीयरूपो5सि लोभाद् यदभिमन्यसे
sarve lābhāḥ sābhimānā iti satyavatī śrutiḥ | santoṣaṇīya-rūpo 'si lobhād yad abhimanyase ||
భీష్ముడు అన్నాడు— “లోకంలో ఉన్న అన్ని లాభాలూ అహంకారంతో కూడినవే— అని సత్యాన్ని చెప్పే శ్రుతి ప్రకటిస్తుంది. నీ స్వరూపం సంతృప్తికి తగినదే; కానీ లోభవశాత్తు నీవు అలా భావించడం లేదు.”
