नृशंस-लक्षणनिर्णयः | Determining the Marks of Cruel Conduct

निहताश्नैव भग्नाक्ष पाण्डवेन यशस्विना । चरता बलमास्थाय पाकशासनिना मृथधे

Transliteration

nihatāś caiva bhagnāś ca pāṇḍavena yaśasvinā | caratā balam āsthāya pākaśāsaninā yudhi ||

Translation

భీష్ముడు పలికెను—యుద్ధంలో పాకశాసనుడైన ఇంద్రుని వలె యశస్వి పాండవుడు అర్జునుడు, తన బలంపై ఆధారపడి రణభూమిలో సంచరిస్తూ, ఆ సమస్త సేనలను సంహరించి చిదిమి పారద్రోలెను.
