कुलशोभाकर ं मूढा: पुत्र॑ त्यक्त्वा क्व यास्यथ । रूपयौवनसम्पन्नं द्योतमानमिव श्रिया
kulaśobhākaraṃ mūḍhāḥ putraṃ tyaktvā kva yāsyatha | rūpayauvanasampannaṃ dyotamānam iva śriyā ||
జంబూకుడు అన్నాడు: ఓ మూర్ఖులారా! వంశశోభను పెంచే ఈ కుమారుణ్ని వదిలి మీరు ఎక్కడికి వెళ్తారు? రూపయౌవనసంపన్నుడై, శ్రీప్రకాశంతో వెలిగినట్టుగా ప్రకాశిస్తున్నాడు.
