तस्मै विनिश्चितार्थाय परिपृष्टो<र्थनिश्चयम्‌ । उवाच ब्राह्मणो वाक्यमिदं हेतुमदुत्तमम्‌

Transliteration

tasmai viniścitārthāya paripṛṣṭo ’rthanścayam | uvāca brāhmaṇo vākyam idaṃ hetumad uttamam ||

Translation

ఉద్దేశ్యం దృఢంగా నిర్ణయించుకున్న రాజు, చేయవలసిన ధర్మకర్తవ్యంపై స్పష్టమైన తీర్పు కోరుతూ ప్రశ్నించగా, బ్రాహ్మణుడు తర్కసంపన్నమైన, ఉత్తమమైన, నిర్ణయాత్మకమైన ఈ వాక్యాన్ని పలికాడు।
