Duryodhana’s Post-Duel Lament and Instructions (भग्नसक्थस्य विलापः)
दुर्योधनस्त्वया चोक्तो जयार्थी परुषं वच: । शृणु मूढ वचो महां यतो धर्मस्ततो जय:,“तुमने विजयकी अभिलाषा रखनेवाले दुर्योधनको सम्बोधित करके उससे बड़ी रुखाईके साथ कहा था--'ओ मूढ! मेरी बात सुन ले, जहाँ धर्म होता है, उसी पक्षकी जीत होती है”
duryodhanas tvayā cokto jayārthī paruṣaṃ vacaḥ | śṛṇu mūḍha vaco mahān yato dharmas tato jayaḥ ||
విజయార్థి దుర్యోధనునితో నీవు కఠినంగా పలికితివి—‘ఓ మూఢా! నా మాట విను; ఎక్కడ ధర్మమో అక్కడే జయం.’
