एवमस्त्विति तां देव: प्रत्युवाच तपस्विनीम्
evam astv iti tāṃ devaḥ pratyuvāca tapasvinīm
వైశంపాయనుడు అన్నాడు— దేవుడు ఆ తపస్వినికి ప్రత్యుత్తరంగా— “ఏవమస్తు— అలాగే జరుగుగాక” అని పలికాడు.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
