कार्त्तिकेयाभिषेकः — Consecration of Kārttikeya and the Enumeration of His Retinue

स्कन्दो यथा च दैत्यानामकरोत्‌ कदनं महत्‌ | तथा मे सर्वमाचक्ष्व परं कौतूहलं हि मे,स्कन्दने जिस प्रकार दैत्योंका महान्‌ संहार किया हो, वह सब उसी तरह मुझे बताइये; क्योंकि मेरे मनमें इसे सुननेके लिये बड़ा कौतूहल हो रहा है

Janamejaya uvāca | Skando yathā ca daityānām akarot kadanaṁ mahat | tathā me sarvam ācakṣva paraṁ kautūhalaṁ hi me ||

జనమేజయుడు అన్నాడు—స్కందుడు దైత్యులపై ఎలా మహాసంహారం చేశాడో, ఆ విధంగానే అన్నిటినీ నాకు వివరించండి; ఎందుకంటే అది వినాలనే నా మనసులో అపార కుతూహలం ఉంది.
