न हि संतर्जना तेन श्रुतपूर्वा कथठ्चन । राजभावेन मान्यश्व सर्वलोकस्य सो5भवत्‌,उसने पहले कभी किसी तरह ऐसी फटकार नहीं सुनी थी; क्योंकि राजा होनेके कारण वह सब लोगोंके सम्मानका पात्र था

na hi santarjanā tena śrutapūrvā kathaṃcana | rājabhāvena mānyaś ca sarvalokasya so 'bhavat ||

అతడు ఇంతకు ముందు ఎప్పుడూ ఏ విధంగానూ ఇలాంటి గద్దింపును వినలేదు; రాజుగా ఉన్న కారణంగా అతడు సమస్త ప్రజల గౌరవానికి పాత్రుడై ఉండేవాడు.
