एवमुक्‍्त्वा महात्मानं भगवानात्मनस्तनुम्‌ । आविवेश ददौ चास्मै विमलं खड्गमुत्तमम्‌

Transliteration

evam uktvā mahātmānaṃ bhagavān ātmanas tanum | āviveśa dadau cāsmai vimalaṃ khaḍgam uttamam ||

Translation

సంజయుడు పలికెను— ఇలా చెప్పి భగవంతుడు ఆ మహాత్ముని పట్ల అనుగ్రహంతో తన స్వదేహధార స్వరూపంలో ప్రవేశించి, అతనికి నిర్మలమైన ఉత్తమ ఖడ్గాన్ని ప్రసాదించాడు.
