परिक्षिन्नाम नृपतिर्मिषतस्ते सुदुर्मते । दुर्मते! इसके बाद तेरे देखते-देखते महाबाहु कुरुराज परीक्षित्‌ ही इस भूमण्डलका सम्राट्‌ होगा

Transliteration

parikṣinnāma nṛpatir miṣatas te sudurmate | durmate! iṣke bāda tere dekhate-dekhate mahābāhu kururāja parīkṣit hi asya bhūmaṇḍalasya samrāṭ bhaviṣyati ||

Translation

ఓ అతి దుర్మతీ! ఇకపై నీ కళ్లముందే ‘పరీక్షిత్’ అనే నృపతి ఉద్భవిస్తాడు; ఆ మహాబాహువు కురురాజు పరీక్షిత్ ఈ సమస్త భూమండలానికి చక్రవర్తి అవుతాడు।
