नारद उवाच
The verse highlights an ethic of honoring rightful authority and maintaining cosmic and social order: even divine beings, though splendid and powerful, express disciplined reverence and service toward the legitimate sovereign (Indra), modeling humility, protocol, and devotion within a hierarchical court.
Nārada describes a celestial scene: numerous divine beings, accompanied by their attendants and adorned with heavenly ornaments, are gathered in a divine hall where they sit together and pay homage to Indra, the king of the gods, famed as a subduer of enemies.
