Renewed Summons to the Dice-Game and Exile Wager
ततः: सूतस्तस्य वशानुगामी भीतश्च कोपाद् द्रपदात्मजाया: । विहाय मान पुनरेव सभ्या- नुवाच कृष्णां किमहं ब्रवीमि
tataḥ sūtas tasya vaśānugāmī bhītaś ca kopād drapadātmajāyāḥ | vihāya mānaṃ punar eva sabhyān uvāca kṛṣṇāṃ kim ahaṃ bravīmi ||
వైశంపాయనుడు చెప్పెను— అప్పుడు యజమాని వశానుగతుడైన ఆ సూతుడు ద్రుపదకుమార్తె కోపానికి భయపడి, గర్వాన్ని విడిచి మళ్లీ సభాసదులను ఉద్దేశించి పలికెను; కృష్ణా (ద్రౌపది)ని చూసి— “నేను ఏమని చెప్పాలి?” అని అన్నాడు.
