Rājasūyābhiṣeka-darśana: Duryodhana’s Observation of the Consecration
आच्छादयसि प्रावारानश्रासि विशदौदनम् | आजानेया वहन्त्यश्वा: केनासि हरिण: कृश:
ācchādayasi prāvārān aśnāsi viśadāudanam | ājāneyā vahanty aśvāḥ kenāsi hariṇaḥ kṛśaḥ ||
వైశంపాయనుడు చెప్పెను—“నీవు విలువైన వస్త్రాలు ధరించుచున్నావు, శుద్ధమైన ఉత్తమ అన్నం భుజించుచున్నావు, శ్రేష్ఠ వంశపు అశ్వాలు నిన్ను మోసుచున్నాయి; అట్లుంటే ఏ శోకంతో నీవు జింకలా తెల్లబడి కృశించావు?”
