Decision on the Highest Honor at the Assembly

कृशानर्थास्तत: केचिदकृशांस्तत्र कुर्वते । अवृशांश्व व॒शांक्षक्रुहेतुभि: शास्त्रनिश्चयै:,कुछ विद्वान शास्त्रनिश्चित नाना प्रकारके तर्कों और युक्तियोंसे दुर्बल पक्षोंको पुष्ट और पुष्ट पक्षोंको दुर्बल सिद्ध कर देते थे

kṛśān arthās tataḥ kecid akṛśāṁs tatra kurvate | avṛśāṁś ca vaśāṁś cakruḥ hetubhiḥ śāstra-niścayaiḥ ||

అనంతరం అక్కడ కొందరు చతుర పండితులు శాస్త్రనిశ్చయమైన హేతువులతో, నానావిధ తర్కాలతో, బలహీనమైన పక్షాన్ని బలమైనదిగా, బలమైన పక్షాన్ని బలహీనమైనదిగా నిరూపించగలిగిరి; వాదకౌశల్యమాత్రముతో పక్షములను తలక్రిందులు చేయుచుండిరి.
