Adhyāya 33: Antarvedī-Samāgama, Arghya-Nirṇaya, and Śiśupāla’s Objection

मां वाप्यभ्यनुजानीहि सहैभिरनुजैर्विभो | अनुज्ञातस्त्वया कृष्ण प्राप्त॒यां क्रतुमुत्तमम्‌,प्रभो! अथवा मुझे अपने इन छोटे भाइयोंके साथ दीक्षा ग्रहण करनेकी आज्ञा दीजिये। श्रीकृष्ण! आपकी अनुज्ञा मिलनेपर ही मैं उस उत्तम यज्ञकी दीक्षा ग्रहण करूँगा

māṃ vāpy abhyanujānīhi sahaibhir anujair vibho | anuñjñātas tvayā kṛṣṇa prāptayāṃ kratum uttamam prabho ||

యుధిష్ఠిరుడు పలికెను—హే ప్రభూ, నా తమ్ముళ్లతో కూడ నాకును అనుమతి ప్రసాదించుము. హే కృష్ణా, నీ అనుజ్ఞ లభించినప్పుడే నేను ఆ పరమోత్తమ యజ్ఞదీక్షను స్వీకరిస్తాను; యథావిధి సమ్మతి, క్రమమే నా ధర్మకార్యారంభము.
