The Commencement of the Great Departure
श्वा चैवानुययावेक: प्रस्थितान् पाण्डवान् वनम् | क्रमेण ते ययुर्वीरा लौहित्यं सलिलार्णवम्
śvā caivānuyayāv ekaḥ prasthitān pāṇḍavān vanam | krameṇa te yayur vīrā lauhityaṃ salilārṇavam ||
వైశంపాయనుడు పలికెను—వనానికి ప్రస్థానమైన పాండవులను ఒక కుక్క కూడా ఒంటరిగా అనుసరించెను. క్రమంగా సాగుతూ ఆ వీరులు లౌహిత్యమనే జలార్ణవాన్ని చేరుకున్నారు.
