अर्जुनस्य द्रोणिप्रतिघातः कर्णोपसर्पणं च

सुषेणस्तु धनुर्ग.ह्दा भारसाधनमुत्तमम् | नकुल॑ पज्चभिर्बाणैर्बाह्वोरुरगसि चार्पयत्
suṣeṇas tu dhanur gṛhītvā bhārasādhanaṃ uttamam | nakulaṃ pañcabhir bāṇair bāhvor urasi cārpayat ||
సంజయుడు పలికెను—సుషేణుడు భారమైన ఉత్తమ ధనుస్సును ఎత్తుకొని, బలయుద్ధానికి తగిన ఆయుధంతో, నకులుని రెండు భుజాలలోను వక్షస్థలములోను ఐదు బాణములు గుచ్చెను।
