अक्षाणामथ चक्राणां योक्त्राणां रश्मिभि: सह । कूबराणां वरूथाणां पूषत्कानां च संयुगे
akṣāṇām atha cakrāṇāṁ yoktrāṇāṁ raśmibhiḥ saha | kūbarāṇāṁ varūthānāṁ pūṣatkānāṁ ca saṁyuge
సంజయుడు పలికెను—ఆ సమరంలో అక్షాలు, చక్రాలు, రశ్ములతో కూడిన యోక్త్రాలు, కూబరాలు, వరూథాలు, రథరక్షకాలు—అన్నీ చిద్రమై చీలిపోతున్నాయి. యుద్ధం యోధులనే కాదు; మానవ ప్రయోజనాన్ని మోసే ఆధారాలు, సాధనాలనూ నిర్దాక్షిణ్యంగా నాశనం చేస్తుందని ఆ దృశ్యం తెలిపింది.
