योधानां च महाशड्खान्‌ पाण्डुरांश्न॒ प्रकीर्णकान्‌ । निरस्तजिद्दान्‌ मातड़ान्‌ शयानान्‌ पर्वतोपमान्‌

yodhānāṁ ca mahāśaṅkhān pāṇḍurāṁś ca prakīrṇakān | nirastajiddhān mātaṅgān śayānān parvatopamān ||

“యోధుల పెద్ద పెద్ద తెల్లని శంఖాలను కూడా చూడండి—అవి అన్నిచోట్లా చెల్లాచెదురుగా ఉన్నాయి. అలాగే బలవంతమైన ఏనుగులను చూడండి—కూలదోసి పడేసినవి, నిశ్చలంగా, పర్వతాల్లా; మరణంలో శరీరాలు విస్తరించి పడి ఉన్నాయి।”
