Transliteration

sahasraputrāḥ puruṣā daśavarṣaśatāyuṣaḥ

Translation

నారదుడు చెప్పెను—కొంతమంది పురుషులకు సహస్ర మంది కుమారులు ఉంటారు; వారి ఆయుష్షు శత దశకాల వరకు, అనగా వెయ్యి సంవత్సరాల వరకు విస్తరిస్తుంది।
