अभ्यस्तो बहुभिर्बाणर्दशधर्मगतेन वै । “मैंने पुत्रशोकसे संतप्त, बाणोंद्वारा पीड़ित तथा भारी दुरवस्थाको प्राप्त होकर बहुसंख्यक बाणोंद्वारा उन्हें अनेक बार चोट पहुँचायी है

Transliteration

abhyasto bahubhir bāṇair daśa-dharma-gatena vai |

Translation

అనేక బాణాలతో అతడు పదేపదే దాడికి గురై, ఘోరమైన దురవస్థలోకి నెట్టబడ్డాడు. అప్పుడు కుమారశోకాగ్నితో దగ్ధమై, బాణవేదనతో కలతచెంది, యుద్ధధర్మపు కఠిన బలవంతంలో అతడూ అనేక శరాలతో ప్రత్యర్థిని మళ్లీ మళ్లీ గాయపరిచాడు।
