भीष्मस्य मध्याह्नयुद्धवर्णनम् / Mid-day Battle Description: Bhīṣma Engaged by the Pāñcālas
अन्ये च बहवो वीरा: संग्रामे मधुसूदन । निहता: कौरवै: संख्ये तथास्माभिश्न॒ कौरवा:
anye ca bahavo vīrāḥ saṅgrāme madhusūdana | nihatāḥ kauravaiḥ saṅkhye tathāsmābhiś ca kauravāḥ ||
హే మధుసూదన! యుద్ధంలో మరెన్నో వీరులు హతమయ్యారు—కొంతమంది కౌరవుల చేతిలో రణరంగంలో పడిపోయారు; అలాగే మేము కూడా అనేక కౌరవులను సంహరించాము।
