प्रतोदानां च योक्त्राणां कशानां चैव मारिष । राशय: स्मात्र दृश्यन्ते विनिकीर्णा रणक्षितौ
sañjaya uvāca | pratodānāṃ ca yoktrāṇāṃ kaśānāṃ caiva māriṣa | rāśayaḥ smātra dṛśyante vinikīrṇā raṇakṣitau ||
సంజయుడు పలికెను—మారిష! ఆ రణక్షేత్రంలో ప్రతోదాలు (అంకుశదండాలు), యోకాలు, కశాలు (కొరడాలు) గుట్టలుగా ఎక్కడికక్కడ చెల్లాచెదురుగా కనిపించెను।
