त॑ विसंज्ञं विमनसं त्वरमाणस्तु सारथि: । अपोवाह न सम्भ्रान्त: सर्वलोकस्य पश्यत:,उसे अचेत और अनमना देख सारथि तनिक भी घबराहटमें न पड़कर अत्यन्त उतावलीके साथ सबके देखते-देखते रणभूमिसे दूर हटा ले गया
taṁ visaṁjñaṁ vimanasaṁ tvaramāṇas tu sārathiḥ | apovāha na sambhrāntaḥ sarvalokasya paśyataḥ ||
సంజయుడు పలికెను—అతడు స్పృహలేని, మనోవ్యథతో ఉన్నాడని చూసి కూడా సారథి ఏమాత్రం కలవరపడలేదు; అతడు త్వరగా, అందరూ చూస్తుండగానే, అతనిని యుద్ధభూమి నుండి దూరంగా తీసుకెళ్లాడు॥
