- संजय उवाच ततो धनंजयं दृष्टवा बाणगाण्डीवधारिणम्‌ | पुनरेव महानादं व्यसृजन्त महारथा:,संजय कहते हैं--राजन्‌! तदनन्तर अर्जुनको गाण्डीव धनुष और बाण धारण किये देख पाण्डव महारथियों, सोमकों तथा उनके अनुगामी सैनिकोंने पुनः बड़े जोरसे सिंहनाद किया। साथ ही उन सभी वीरोंने प्रसन्नतापूर्वक समुद्रसे प्रकट होनेवाले शंखोंको बजाया

sañjaya uvāca tato dhanañjayaṁ dṛṣṭvā bāṇa-gāṇḍīva-dhāriṇam | punar eva mahānādaṁ vyasṛjanta mahārathāḥ ||

సంజయుడు పలికెను— ఆపై బాణములతో గాండీవాన్ని ధరించిన ధనంజయుడైన అర్జునుని చూచి మహారథులు మరల మహానాదమును వెలువరించిరి।
