सम्बन्ध-- शरीरमें स्थित होनेपर भी आत्मा क्यों नहीं लिप्त होता? इसपर कहते हैं-- यथा सर्वगतं सौक्ष्म्यादाकाशं नोपलिप्यते । सर्वत्रावस्थितो देहे तथा55त्मा नोपलिप्यते
arjuna uvāca — yathā sarvagataṃ saukṣmyād ākāśaṃ nopalipyate | sarvatrāvasthito dehe tathātmā nopalipyate ||
సర్వవ్యాపకమైన ఆకాశం సూక్ష్మత్వం వల్ల లిప్తం కాకపోవునట్లు, శరీరంలో ఎక్కడెక్కడా ఉన్న ఆత్మ కూడా లిప్తం కాదు.
अजुन उवाच
The Self (ātman) remains unstained by bodily states and actions, just as all-pervading space is not tainted; recognizing this supports non-attachment and inner steadiness while engaging in rightful action.
Arjuna raises a philosophical point about why the Self is not affected despite dwelling in the body, using the analogy of space to frame the Self’s subtle, untainted nature.
