एष ते संजयो राजन् युद्धमेतद् वदिष्यति । एतस्य सर्वसंग्रामे न परोक्षं भविष्यति,“राजन! यह संजय आपको इस युद्धका सब समाचार बताया करेगा। सम्पूर्ण संग्रामभूमिमें कोई ऐसी बात नहीं होगी, जो इसके प्रत्यक्ष न हो
eṣa te sañjayo rājan yuddham etad vadiṣyati | etasya sarva-saṅgrāme na parokṣaṁ bhaviṣyati ||
రాజా! ఈ సంజయుడు నీకు ఈ యుద్ధపు సమస్త వృత్తాంతాన్ని చెప్పును; ఈ సమగ్ర సంగ్రామంలో అతని ప్రత్యక్ష జ్ఞానానికి దాగినది ఏదియు ఉండదు.
