Transliteration

ekādaśī dhārtarāṣṭrāḥ kauravāṇāṁ mahācamūḥ | agrataḥ sarvasainyānāṁ yatra śāntanavo 'graṇīḥ ||

Translation

సంజయుడు పలికెను—ధృతరాష్ట్రపుత్రులైన కౌరవుల మహాసేన పదకొండవ వాహినీ. అది సమస్త సేనల ముందుభాగంలో నిలిచింది; దాని అగ్రణి శాంతనునందనుడు భీష్ముడు.
