शरशक्तिमहाखड्गतोमराक्षां महाभयाम् | प्राविशन् कितवा मन्दा: सभां युद्धदुरासदाम्
dhṛtarāṣṭra uvāca | śaraśakti-mahākhaḍga-tomara-ṛkṣāṃ mahābhayām | prāviśan kitavā mandāḥ sabhāṃ yuddha-durāsadām ||
బాణాలు, శక్తులు, మహాఖడ్గాలు, తోమరాలు, ఋక్షాలతో భయంకరమైన—యుద్ధంలో దురాసదమైన ఆ మహాసభలో ఆ మూర్ఖ జూదగాళ్లు ప్రవేశించారు.
