Bhīṣma-nipāta-saṃvāda — Sañjaya’s Report of Bhīṣma’s Fall (भीष्मनिपातसंवादः)
यच्छिखण्डिमुखा: सर्वे पाण्डवा भीष्ममभ्ययु: । कच्चित् ते कुरव: सर्वे नाजहु: संजयाच्युतम्
yac chikhāṇḍimukhāḥ sarve pāṇḍavā bhīṣmam abhyayuḥ | kaccit te kuravaḥ sarve nājahuḥ sañjayācyutam ||
ధృతరాష్ట్రుడు అడిగాడు—సంజయా! శిఖండిని ముందుంచి సమస్త పాండవ వీరులు భీష్మునిపై దాడికి వచ్చేటప్పుడు, కౌరవులందరూ ఆ అచ్యుత భీష్ముని విడిచిపెట్టలేదుకదా?
