संजय उवाच इत्युक्तवति गाज़ेये अभिवाद्योपमन्त्रय च । राधेयो रथमारुह् प्रायात्‌ तव सुतं प्रति

Transliteration

sañjaya uvāca ity uktavati gāṅgeye abhivādyopamantrya ca | rādheyo ratham āruhya prāyāt tava sutaṃ prati ||

Translation

సంజయుడు అన్నాడు—రాజా! గంగాపుత్రుడు భీష్ముడు ఇలా చెప్పగానే, రాధాపుత్రుడు కర్ణుడు ఆయనకు నమస్కరించి, ఆయన ఉపదేశాన్ని స్వీకరించి, రథం ఎక్కి నీ కుమారుడు దుర్యోధనుని వైపు బయలుదేరాడు.
