सर्व दुर्योधनस्यार्थ त्यक्त मे भूरिदक्षिण । मा चैतद्‌ व्याधिमरणं क्षत्रं स्थादिति कौरव

Transliteration

sarva duryodhanasyārtha tyakta me bhūridakṣiṇa | mā caitad vyādhimaraṇaṁ kṣatraṁ sthād iti kaurava ||

Translation

కర్ణుడు అన్నాడు—హే భూరిదక్షిణా! దుర్యోధనుని కోసం నేను అన్నిటినీ త్యజించాను. హే కౌరవా! క్షాత్రధర్మం కేవలం వ్యాధి మరియు మరణమనే అపఖ్యాతి పొందకూడదు.
