भीष्मस्य शरशय्या-प्राप्तिः
Bhīṣma’s Fall to the Arrow-Bed
सात्यकि: समरे राजन् द्विधा चिच्छेद सायकै: । उनके बाहुबलसे प्रेरित होकर समरभूमिमें सहसा अपने ऊपर गिरती हुई उस शक्तिके सात्यकिने बाणों-द्वारा दो ठुकड़े कर दिये
sātyakiḥ samare rājan dvidhā ciccheda sāyakaiḥ |
సంజయుడు పలికెను—రాజా, సమరంలో సాత్యకి తన బాణాలతో ఆ శక్తిని రెండుగా చీల్చెను. శత్రువు భుజబలంతో ప్రేరితమై అది అకస్మాత్తుగా అతనిపై పడుచుండగా, సాత్యకి దానిని మధ్యలోనే బాణాలతో విరిచివేసెను.
