समाभाष्यैवमपरं प्रगृह्म रुचिरं धनु: । मुमोच समरे भीष्म: शरान्‌ पार्थरथं प्रति

Transliteration

samābhāṣyaivam aparaṁ pragṛhya ruciraṁ dhanuḥ | mumoca samare bhīṣmaḥ śarān pārtharathaṁ prati |

Translation

ఇలా మరల సంభాషించి భీష్ముడు మరొక అందమైన ధనుస్సును పట్టుకొని, సమరమధ్యంలో పార్థుడు (అర్జునుడు) రథం వైపు బాణవర్షం విడిచెను।
