भीष्मवधोपाय-प्रश्नः (Inquiry into the means to overcome Bhīṣma) | Chapter 103
विकिरञ्शरवर्षाणि वारिधारा इवाम्बुद: | न शेकुः समरे क्रुद्धं सौभद्रमरिसूदनम्
sañjaya uvāca |
vikirāñ śaravarṣāṇi vāridhārā ivāmbudaḥ |
na śekuḥ samare kruddhaṃ saubhadram arisūdanam ||
సంజయుడు పలికెను—మేఘము జలధారలను కురిపించునట్లు, క్రోధించిన శత్రుసూదనుడు సుభద్రాపుత్రుడు సమరంలో బాణవృష్టిని చిమ్ముచుండెను. ఓ కురునందనా! ఆ వేళ మీ సైనికులు యుద్ధంలో అతనిని ఆపలేకపోయిరి.
