भीष्मस्य शरवर्षः — Bhīṣma’s Arrow-Storm and Kṛṣṇa’s Impulse to Intervene
पक्षिणश्न महाघोरें व्याहरन्तो विब भ्रमु: । सप्रभश्नोदित: सूर्यो निष्प्रभ: समपद्यत
pakṣiṇaś ca mahāghore vyāharanto vibhramuḥ | saprabhaḥ uditaḥ sūryo niṣprabhaḥ samapadyata ||
పక్షులు అత్యంత ఘోరమైన కేకలు వేస్తూ ఆకాశంలో గందరగోళంగా చక్కర్లు కొట్టసాగాయి. ప్రకాశంతో ఉదయించిన సూర్యుడు కూడా ఆ వేళ నిష్ప్రభుడైనట్లు కనిపించాడు.
