प्रययुस्तांस्तदा राजन्नुग्रसेनो न्यवारयत् | राजन! वहाँ यदुवंशी वीरोंके बालकोंने उस उत्तम अश्वको बलपूर्वक पकड़कर युद्धके लिये उद्योग किया; परंतु महाराज उग्रसेनने उन्हें रोक दिया
prayayus tāṁs tadā rājan ugrasenō nyavārayat |
వైశంపాయనుడు పలికెను—రాజా! వారు బయలుదేరబోతుండగా, అప్పుడే ఉగ్రసేనుడు వారిని ఆపెను. అక్కడ యదువంశ వీరుల కుమారులు ఆ ఉత్తమ అశ్వాన్ని బలవంతంగా పట్టుకొని యుద్ధానికి సిద్ధమయ్యారు; కాని మహారాజు ఉగ్రసేనుడు వారి ఆవేశాన్ని నియంత్రించాడు।
