उलूपि पश्य भर्तारें शयानं निहतं रणे । त्वत्कृते मम पुत्रेण बाणेन समितिंजयम्‌,“उलूपी! देखो, हम दोनोंके स्वामी मारे जाकर रणभूमिमें सो रहे हैं। तुम्हारी प्रेरणासे ही मेरे बेटेने समरविजयी अर्जुनका वध किया है
