Transliteration

iti śrīmahābhārate āśvamedhike parvaṇi anugītāparvaṇi vāsudevavākye ṣaṣṭitamo 'dhyāyaḥ |

Translation

ఇట్లు శ్రీమహాభారతంలోని ఆశ్వమేధిక పర్వములోని అనుగీతా విభాగంలో వాసుదేవుని (శ్రీకృష్ణుని) వాక్యములతో కూడిన అరవయ్యవ అధ్యాయం సమాప్తమైంది. ఇక్కడ శ్రీకృష్ణుడు యుద్ధవృత్తాంతాన్ని యుద్ధానంతర ధర్మ-ఆధ్యాత్మిక సందర్భంలో ఉపదేశరూపంగా చెప్పి ముగించాడు.
