त॑ समुद्रो नमस्कृत्य कृताञज्जलिरुवाच ह । मा मुज्च वीर नाराचान् ब्रूहि कि करवाणि ते
taṁ samudro namaskṛtya kṛtāñjalir uvāca ha | mā muñca vīra nārācān brūhi kiṁ karavāṇi te ||
అప్పుడు సముద్రుడు ప్రత్యక్షమై అతనికి నమస్కరించి, కృతాంజలిగా పలికాడు—“వీరా, నాపై ఈ నారాచాలను విడువకు. చెప్పు, నీకు నేను ఏమి చేయాలి?”
