Vidura’s Message to Dhṛtarāṣṭra: Authorization for Dāna and Public Welfare (विदुरवाक्यम्—दानानुज्ञा)
वैशम्पायन उवाच एतच्छुत्वा कौरवेन्द्रो महात्मा सार्थ पत्न्या प्रीतिमान् सम्बभूव । विद्वान वाक््यं नारदस्य प्रशस्य चक्रे पूजां चातुलां नारदाय
vaiśampāyana uvāca | etac chrutvā kauravendro mahātmā sārtha-patnyā prītimān sambabhūva | vidvān vākyam nāradasya praśasya cakre pūjāṃ cātulāṃ nāradāya |
వైశంపాయనుడు పలికెను—జనమేజయా! ఇది విని మహాత్ముడైన కౌరవేంద్రుడు ధృతరాష్ట్రుడు తన భార్యతో కూడ ఆనందంతో నిండిపోయాడు. ఆ జ్ఞానవంతుడైన రాజు నారదుని వచనాలను ప్రశంసించి, నారదునికి అపూర్వమైన పూజను సమర్పించాడు.
