वेदा धर्माश्च नोच्छेदं गच्छेयु: सुरसत्तमा: । विहितं पूर्वमेवात्र मया वै व्येतु वो ज्वर:,सुरश्रेष्ठाणण! वेदों और धर्मोका उच्छेद न हो, इसका उपाय मैंने पहलेसे ही कर लिया है। अतः तुम्हारी मानसिक चिन्ता दूर हो जानी चाहिये

vedā dharmāś ca nocchedaṃ gaccheyuḥ surasattamāḥ | vihitaṃ pūrvam evātra mayā vai vyetu vo jvaraḥ ||

“హే సురశ్రేష్ఠులారా! వేదములు, ధర్మము నశించకుండా ఉండుటకు నేను ముందే ఏర్పాటుచేసితిని. కావున మీ జ్వరసమానమైన ఆందోళన తొలగిపోవుగాక.”
