Pitṛ-śrāddha-haviḥ-phala-nirdeśa
Offerings for Ancestors and Their Stated Results
इत्युक्त:ः स तदा तैस्तु ब्रह्मा लोकपितामह: । तथेत्येवाब्रवीत् प्रीतस्तेडपि जग्मुर्यथागतम्,देवताओंके ऐसा कहनेपर लोकपितामह ब्रह्मा प्रसन्न होकर बोले--“तथास्तु (ऐसा ही हो)।' तत्पश्चात् देवता जैसे आये थे, वैसे ही लौट गये
ity uktaḥ sa tadā tais tu brahmā lokapitāmahaḥ | tathety evābravīt prītas te 'pi jagmur yathāgatam ||
దేవతలు ఇలా పలికినపుడు లోకపితామహుడు బ్రహ్మ ఆనందించి—“తథాస్తు” అని పలికెను. అనంతరం దేవతలు వచ్చిన విధముగానే తిరిగి వెళ్లిరి।
