तासां शृंगाण्यजायन्त यस्या यादृड़मनोगतम् । नानावर्णा: शृंगवन्त्यस्ता व्यरोचन्त पुत्रक
tāsāṃ śṛṅgāṇy ajāyanta yasyā yādṛg manogatam | nānāvarṇāḥ śṛṅgavatyās tā vyarocanta putraka ||
వ్యాసుడు పలికెను— ఆ గోవుల కొమ్ములు పుట్టినవి; ప్రతి గోవు మనస్సులో ఏ రూపం ఊహించిందో, దానికి తగినట్లే కొమ్ములు ఏర్పడ్డాయి. నానావర్ణాల కొమ్ములు ధరించి అవి అపూర్వంగా ప్రకాశించాయి, కుమారా!
