सत्कृताश्च निवर्तन्ते तदतीव प्रवर्धते । महाभागे कुले प्रेत्य जन्म चाप्रोति भारत

Transliteration

satkṛtāś ca nivartante tad atīva pravardhate | mahābhāge kule pretya janma cāproti bhārata ||

Translation

ఎవరిని సత్కరిస్తారో వారు మళ్లీ తిరిగి వస్తారు; ఆ సత్కారం మరింతగా వృద్ధి చెందుతుంది. హే భారతా! మరణానంతరం మనిషి అత్యంత భాగ్యశాలి, శ్రేష్ఠ కులంలో జన్మను పొందుతాడు.
