Dāna-Śreṣṭhatā: Abhaya, Anugraha, and the Ethics of Honoring the Worthy (दानश्रेष्ठता: अभय-अनुग्रह-विप्रपूजा)

ततस्ते कुलनाशार्थमहं त्वां समुपागत: । चिकीर्षन्‌ कुशिकोच्छेदं संदिधक्षु: कुलं तव

tataste kulanāśārtham ahaṃ tvāṃ samupāgataḥ | cikīrṣan kuśikocchedaṃ saṃdidhakṣuḥ kulaṃ tava ||

అప్పుడు నీ వంశనాశం చేయాలనే ఉద్దేశంతోనే నేను నీ దగ్గరకు వచ్చాను. కుశిక వంశాన్ని మూలంతో సహా నిర్మూలించి, నీ కులాన్ని దహించి భస్మం చేయాలని నేను దృఢంగా సంకల్పించాను.
