Cyavana uvāca: varaś ca gṛhyatāṁ matto yaś ca te saṁśayo hṛdi | taṁ prabrūhi naraśreṣṭha sarvaṁ sampādayāmi te ||
చ్యవనుడు పలికెను—ఓ నరశ్రేష్ఠా, నన్ను నుండి ఒక వరము కోరుము; నీ హృదయంలో ఉన్న సందేహమును కూడా చెప్పుము. నేను నీ కార్యములన్నిటిని సంపూర్ణం చేయుదును।
