नहुष उवाच करवाणि प्रियं कि ते तन्‍मे ब्रूहि द्विजोत्तम । सर्व कर्तास्मि भगवन्‌ यद्यपि स्यात्‌ सुदुष्करम्‌

Nahuṣa uvāca: karavāṇi priyaṁ ki te tan me brūhi dvijottama | sarva-kartāsmi bhagavan yady api syāt suduṣkaram ||

నహుషుడు పలికెను—ద్విజోత్తమా! మీకు ప్రీతికరమైన ఏ సేవను నేను చేయుదును? అది నాకు చెప్పుము. భగవన్, అది అత్యంత దుర్ఘటమైనదైనా నేను సమస్తమును చేయుటకు సిద్ధుడను.
